Speaking

Let me inspire your group!

Webinars, live events, workshops and more.

The best talks are the ones that feel like conversation.

So that's what I do; I converse. I aim to ask the questions that get you to think about your life with renewed purpose and hope. If you are looking for a formal, Power Point presentation with sterile slides… I’m not your gal. But if you want to tell a REAL story that is relatable and engaging and gets people thinking, let’s talk! In addition to my own evens, I have also served,

  • Women’s social and nonprofit events,

  • Plus-size focused professional or social events,

  • Female-centric nonprofit events for teens, and

  • Body positive and size acceptance events.

Sarah’s expansive heart and empowering energetic presence create a felt impact for her audiences before any words are even spoken. It’s been an honor to have hosted Sarah twice in our private global healing community, SelfHealers Circle, with 20k+ members in over 160 countries.

Her voice is vivid, authentic and relatable, allowing for heart-felt resonance amongst large audiences of diverse nature— bringing us home to the universal humanness that weaves through us all. She embodies tremendous skill in connecting with and attuning to the reactions and curiosities of her audience in real time, staying one beat ahead as she captivates with her rawness, realness and aliveness; painting a picture that allows others to see themselves and their own story within hers. Sarah’s natural wit and innate humor spark reception, connection and openness to even the most challenging of conversations and topics. Flowing seamlessly through technical issues both times, Sarah has an ability to think on the fly that would put any host in full confidence and at ease. She lives and speaks bravely from the heart, making us all laugh along way, as she brings us deep into the heart of our shared human experience.

Sarah has been a guide for Self-Care Society on multiple occasions, and every time we have the gift of her teaching on our platform, she shows up with wisdom and empowerment in a way that is both relatable and practical. Sarah brings light-hearted humor and pairs it perfectly with powerful and effective self-love practices, leaving our community feeling motivated to find confidence and expansion, no matter where they are on their journey. Sarah’s voice is an important one in the personal development space and she’s a natural speaker and teacher that would leave a positive imprint on any crowd that had the gift of experiencing her.

There are a few things that will define our talk. First, is that I’m “more do and less woo” which means what I share, although vulnerable, is rooted in the practical. My talks are designed to help regular people step into their authenticity and deal with “real world” sticky stuff with vulnerability and accountability. I may use colorful language (but can remove that if needed!) but all my talks are bullsh*t free. Here are some of the specific talks I can deliver!

Stuff we can talk about.

As the keynote speaker at our Girls For a Change Summit at Montana State University, Sarah Sapora rocked the house!

The GFAC summit is an annual event here in Bozeman Montana that brings in girls grades 8-12 from all over the state. We are always looking for dynamic speakers who can help our girls understand their unique value, learn self-love and see their higher potential. Sarah was the perfect woman for this job. Sarah easily connected with the girls and her speaking and presentation style engaged a population of teenagers that can be hard to reach. Sarah’s style included the girls in the discussion and allowed for all of the girls to have their voices heard and ask questions. It was clear the girls would have listened and interacted with her all day! As the organizers we had to keep the

day moving but most of the girls lingered to take pictures and give hugs and sneak in a few more questions.

Here are some of their comments from the summit evaluations:
“I learned how to take better care of myself”
“I can use these skills to overcome my thoughts”
“It helped me to better myself and to be confident in me!”

Sarah was great to work with and she was very responsive to communication prior to the event and worked hard to make sure her keynote speech was in line with our demographics and our goals. I would highly recommend Sarah as a keynote speaker or presenter at any event where self-love and wellness was the focus.  Everyone will benefit from the opportunity to share space with her and hear her unique voice.
